The awards and Certificates of Merit will be presented to the Winners at a special function being organized on Friday, 28 September 2018 at Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Mr. Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister for Commerce & Industry, Government of India will preside over the function. Mr. Fernando Musa, Chief Executive Officer, Braskem SA will be the Chief Guest and Mr. P. Raghavendra Rao, Secretary, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Govt. of India will be the Guest of Honour at the function.
Coinciding the Awards Presentation Function, ICC will also be organizing a Seminar on "Recognizing Excellence of Performance in Various Facets of Chemical Industry” on 28 September 2018 at Taj Mahal Hotel, Crystal Room, Apollo Bunder, Colaba, Mumbai - 400 001. During the Seminar, representatives of the Award Winning companies will share their experiences which will be of great learning experience for the delegates who will be attending the Seminar. Mr. Samir Kumar Biswas, Joint Secretary, DCPC, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India is invited to inaugurate the Seminar and deliver the Key Note Address and Prof. G. D. Yadav, Vice Chancellor, Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai will be the Guest of Honour.
Responsible Care (RC) is a Chemical Industry Initiative, which calls on Companies to demonstrate their commitment to improve all aspects of performance, which relate to protection of health, safety and environment.
