Virtual One-day Certificate Course on “BEHAVIOUR BASED SAFETY MANAGEMENT”

We are pleased to announce a One-day Certificate Course on "BEHAVIOUR BASED SAFETY MANAGEMENT", as requested by many ICC member-companies. Details are as follow.

Please note the highlights of the programme.

  • The course will be conducted by Dr. H. L. Kaila, who is the pioneer of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) in India and the best faculty for the subject.  
  • At the end of the course, the registered participants will be issued a DIGITAL Certificate of Participation signed by the faculty and Chairman, ICC Gujarat.
  • The course will be conducted mainly in Hindi, to reach out to the workforce at all levels and help the organizations to nominate participants from all the categories of their plants.
  • If required, Support through email will be provided by the faculty to the registered participants in future as well.

About BBS:

BBS is an organization's planned intervention of applied behavioural science. Managements are adopting ISO45001 to empower their manpower including contract workmen to be vocal in spot-correction of all at-risk behaviours at the workplace to achieve the mission: Bharat Bane Surkshit (BBS). At-risk behaviours at many sites have reduced from <30% to >5%, and also the severity & frequency of incidents have reduced significantly due to BBS.

  • Basics of behaviour based safety and case studies from different industries
  • Role of observers, steering committee and apex committee for effective implementation of BBS
  • Implementation techniques for BBS
  • Observation, counselling, communication and reporting techniques
  • Auditing and reviewing technique
  • Analysis of data and suggestions for improvement in BBS implementation

Registration Fee:
Rs. 2,500 plus 18% GST per delegate for ICC members
Rs. 3,000 plus 18% GST per delegate for Non-members
Rs. 2,000 plus 18% GST per delegate for Group registration (10 or more) from the same organisation
