Under the auspices of the Technology & Energy Expert Committee, ICC is organizing a One-day Refresher Course on "VACUUM SYSTEM ENGINEERING" on 24 April 2015. The venue of the Refresher Course is Hotel Lord Plaza, G.I.D.C., Old National Highway No. 8, Ankleshwar - 393 002, Gujarat.
OBJECTIVE
Vacuum system engineering deals with technological processes and equipment that use vacuum to achieve better results than those run under atmospheric pressure. There are different types of vacuum products for different industries, uses and applications. Vacuum systems and pumps are required for maintaining the correct level of pressure in a system. Vacuum engineering systems can be used for delicate materials and save significant quantities of energy due to lower drying temperatures. Vacuum systems are used in many applications in the chemical industries. Technologies used are dry running and oil lubricated rotary vanes, liquid ring and rotary screw pumps as well as ejectors. Vacuum engineered systems are designed and built for demanding customers to assure safe and reliable operation and is thus one of the key factors in overall system performance and efficiency.
PROGRAM
